Enjoy the national pastime in one of the finest AAA ballparks in America, Alliance Bank Stadium. The stadium is home to the Syracuse SkyChiefs and hosts hundreds of community-use events annually. Hopkins Road Park is a six diamond complex featuring five tournament quality softball fields and a fenced baseball field. Onondaga Lake Park’s Parkside and Lakeside Fields host softball and kickball leagues.

The community’s finest men’s, women’s, and coed slowpitch softball leagues are based at Hopkins Road Park. The seven tournament quality fields (two lighted) can also be reserved for private use for individual games or weekend-long tournaments, and on the waterfront fields at Onondaga Lake Park. Alliance Bank Stadium can also be used for corporate softball outings and is the home to a Fall Slowpitch Power League involving the premier sluggers in Upstate New York.

Kickball

The nostalgia of kickball is enjoyed spring and summer weeknights in coed leagues at Onondaga Lake Park’s Parkside and Lakeside diamonds. Games are fast, everyone knows how to play, and the fun of being a kid again is priceless.

2008 Registration Information

Spring Leagues begin the week of April 21
Summer Leagues begin the week of July 7

Registration for returning teams begins January 14; Open registration begins February 19. Registration closes April 1 or when all slots are filled.

Games will be played at Onondaga Lake Park on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Fridays at 6pm & 7pm.

In addition, a new Friday Night League will be playing at Hopkins Road under the lights! Games times are 8:20 & 9:30pm. Openings now available. Call today.

Teams need a minimum of 8 players (4 male/4 female). Up to 11 players can play in the field at one time but rosters can carry an unlimited number of players. Rosters must be completed prior to the start of the first game.

Cost for teams is $200.

Teams will also be responsible for paying officials fees at the start of each game. Fee is $25 per game. Two teams will split this cost at the start of each game.
