Winter Photo Contest

The Parks Winter Photo Contest is back!

The 2nd Annual event runs January 1-31, 2020 and is open to all photographers, ages 5 & up. Photos must be taken at any open county park to be eligible. Get free admission when you show your camera, mobile devices not eligible, at Beaver Lake Nature Center, Rosamond Gifford Zoo and Highland Forest. Other parks participating, that do not charge admission, are Carpenter's Brook Fish Hatchery, Oneida Shores Park, Onondaga Lake Park and Otisco Lake Park.

The contest which ran January 1 - 31, 2019 invited participants to submit photos taken throughout the month at any county park for judging in four categories: Best Action, Best Winter Scene, Most Artistic and Junior Photographer (ages 5-17).
